Important information about 2024 Registrations

The 2024 Christus Rex Pilgrimage will take place from Thursday 24th October to Sunday 27th October.

Everyone who attends the Christus Rex Pilgrimage must be registered through the following form. This includes full-time volunteers and clergy.

Additional Registration Information:

• You must provide an emergency contact who is available by phone for the duration of the Pilgrimage.
• The 25% family discount is available by entering the discount code ‘FAM2024’ on the checkout page
• Children (under 18) must not register themselves. A parent/legal guardian of the child must complete the registration form on the child’s behalf. The parent must ensure that the child is supervised by an adult for the duration of the Pilgrimage.
• There is limited space for sleeping in the Community Halls. Please register as soon as possible to reserve your space. 
• Please read the revised Registration Terms and Conditions for information about refunds and changing details. 

Getting to Pilgrimage

The 2024 Christus Rex Pilgrimage begins at St Patrick’s Cathedral in Ballarat with Mass on Friday 25th October at 6:00am. All Pilgrims MUST check-in with the team and receive your event lanyard. We highly suggest you do this the night before, although check-ins will be available during breakfast following Mass. 

We strongly suggest that you drive to Bendigo and leave your car in Bendigo for the weekend. We run private coaches on Thursday 24th October from Sacred Heart Cathedral Bendigo to the check-in desk in Ballarat. Once the seats on these coaches sell out, we may be unable to offer anymore so book your tickets early.
